this hotel was easy base for exploring jubail, truly enjoyed it and venue’s helpful staff specially receptionist. magnificent location at a very nice area & nearby shopping stores, and the rooms were excellent and exceptionally good. an electric kettle, a fridge and a stovetop were provided if needed. location: the hotel was next to indian restaurants, near to jubail mall, and highway.

The staff, especially Mr. Hany, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent service.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect - there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby, which made it so convenient. Plus, having a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils in the room was so helpful. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries were also a nice touch. All in all, this place was amazing.

Had an enjoyable Easter break. The hotel offered a decent breakfast spread. Parking was sufficient and nearby attractions were easily accessible. The hotel staff was extremely polite. The kitchen was big and well equipped, ideal for preparing meals. Finally, it was great to have access to free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I didn't like the small and cramped bathroom. Elevator service was poor, and the wait time was too long.

The bathroom is small and getting out of the shower can be a puzzle. the elevator was often full, making wait times longer than expected.
